By downloading images from www.stockart.nz you consent to adhering to our license regulations, our general membership agreement and our terms of use below.

Our licenses follow simple royalty free license standards, they …

1. don’t have an expiration date, they are perpetual and you can use the images for as long as you wish.
2. are granted worldwide without any geographic limitations, in accordance with the worldwide copyright of the photographer.
3. are not licensed exclusively to you nor to any other buyer.
4. allow for multiple use of the images, be it digital or physical, but restrictions apply to the maximum number of their distribution.
5. are non-transferable, only entitled to you as the buyer. You are not allowed to share an image file, resell it nor gift it to anyone else.

Refunds are not possible once the digital file has been downloaded, unless a technical problem is involved.

The copyright of all downloaded photos remains in the hands of the photographer, only the restricted right to copy is being sold with the licensing rights above.

The copyright owner of an image will not be held responsible for the infringements of third parties’ rights following your usage of it.

The copyright owner cannot guarantee the accuracy of descriptions, keywords or other metadata (EXIF data, if provided) accompanying a photo and does not accept legal responsibility for any damage incurred.

Copyright protection is covered by New Zealand (Copyright Act 1994) and international copyright laws and will be strictly enforced, potentially leading to civil court proceedings or even criminal proceedings if copies of our photos are sold on.

In the event of any dispute we will use our best efforts to resolve the dispute through good faith negotiations or mediation. Any further disputes shall be settled by the Courts of New Zealand in Whangarei, New Zealand.
